SHIPPING POLICY
On average, most all products ship either the same or next business day. This is an expectation, not a promise or guarantee. If for any reason, shipment of your product is delayed by more than a day or two, you will be notified by our sales department.
TheWorkShoe.com currently only ships to customers in the U.S.A.
Shipping is FREE on ALL Domestic orders of $50 or more.
RETURN POLICY
Sometimes, returns are necessary. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, just call (+1 817.428.8200), or email us, and we will gladly arrange for you to return your merchandise.
Return Merchandise Requirements
- The merchandise must still be in new condition, and not show any signs of wear and tear.
- The merchandise must still have all the original tags and paperwork.
Return Merchandise Processing
- Original shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable and exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.
